If you surf my blog with your iPhone of iPod Touch and Google Android you will see this cool interface! Let me know what you think. The plugin for WordPress is called WPtouch.
In the above iPhone screen shot you can see my icon for RKWL! Follow the instructions found the favicon instructions for WordPress on this favicon site (http://www.html-kit.com/favicon/ ) and you too can put your blog on your iPhone and your friends can easily bookmark your blog on their iPhone. If you do not use a favicon, word out is that your can increase the loading of your site if you use one. It helps identify your branding as well. In fact, those of you who so wish to read my blog and wonder how to find and get to it here is what you do. Go to my blog in the Safari browser (www.richkirkpatrick.com) then press the “+” which will then ask you if you want to put the link on your home screen. Of course, say yes. That’s all. Its one thing to add links like this to your iPhone. Its another to know that in doing so a cool icon will appear.

The screen shot here is just an example of the coolness of this application for the iPhone. The Wikipedia links give information valuable to the traveler and tourist. Google Earth lets people virtually fly around a 3D view of the world made from satellite and aerial imagery mapped onto the planet’s mountains and valleys. The iPhone version reproduces this core experience, downloading imagery from Google’s servers as the perspective shifts and dotting the map with landmarks, photos, and other information. What is your favorite application for the iPhone, Treo, or G1 phone? Or what do you wish they come up with next? HT: CNET – Google Earth brings virtual tourism to the iPhone
The T-Mobile G1 is gonna give the iPhone a possible run the money. It copies a lot of what the iPhone does–and without the annoying touch screen typing. It has a pull-out keyboard. Do you have a smart-phone? If so, which one. Me? iPhone dude, formally Treo guy
OK, so how many of you post on your blog via iPhone, Blackberry, Treo, etc.?
I am an avid user of the iPhone Bible app for www.youversion.com. But, for those Blackberry users out there the YouVersion and the LifeChurch.tv Digerati Team has just launched a Bible App for you.
