This week was another holding pattern…unless I uses my weight from 2 days ago.
Weight: I am at 197.7 lbs. right now, a loss of about a pound from last week.
Eating/Diet: Really, it was so hot–over 102 ever day here in Redding–that I could not eat that much. I did well this week, even though the Green Room for our worship team has become famous for gourmet breakfast.
Exercise: My knee is getting even better! So, I went on two hikes.
- Monday: Hike to Whiskeytown Falls. 3.4 miles, 90 minutes and 650 calories (ALL up hill). Page went with me…which is good since he knows CPR.
- Thursday: Hike to Brandy Creek Falls. 3 miles, 90 minutes and about 500 calories. (mostly up hill). My son, Ethan, went with me. Good times.
Obviously, once again hiking works great! Let’s see how I do this week. How was your fitness this week?
