Weight: I am holding at about 196. My weight fluctuated 3 pounds during the week. These last 10 pounds will take longer, I know.
Eating/Diet: I kept a diary all week. I have averaged under 2000 calories a day. I am trying to find the sweet spot–between losing weight and not starving so much that my metabolism slows too much. I am going to simply try this level for a week. I was doing 1600 to 1800. The more you exercise, the more you eat.
Exercise: My knee is better and I ran two times this past week over two miles. (2.25 to be exact). Let’s see if I can do as well or better this week.
