Weight: I, on week 10, am only 10 more pounds to my ultimate weight goal (not to be confused with the first one I set and reached in 2006). So, that is just under 196, which is 10 lbs. above the goal of 186 which will bring me to the top end of my height/weight ideal.
Eating/Diet: I kept a diary all week. And, the food and calorie count was good. That accounts for most of the loss of weight, I think, this past week.
Exercise: That darn left knee is still healing, however I was able to run a couple miles once this week. I am just trying to take it easy on the knee as it heals while keeping the muscles active.
