The disappearing middle: ministering people on the extremes

Outofurblog

I love this article by Chad Hall at the Our of Ur blog.  Here is the big idea. The middle is gone.  We live in a time where bigger and smaller is in, and medium is not.  Average is out.  Extremes are in.  The implications for how this cultural shift from a "bell curve" to a "well curve" are sweeping.  No longer can we do a one-size fits all ministry, but not that there should be thousands of options, just the two extremes.  Hall explores how leading volunteers, tithing and other issues are effected.

Read the article (The Disappearing Middle) and tell me what you think.
