Worship Set List: June 9-10

Worshipbnnr

I got to play my acoustic and lead from that baby this week.  For those who don’t know, I am a piano guy, so I have 4 blisters on the tips of my fingers.  We added me on guitar when we had some scheduling issues, but I am thankful that we led people in worship.

This past weekend we focused on God’s transcendence.  The hope was that out of this package of songs folks would realize that "awesome" isn’t synonymous with "cool" but that God’s presence means we might actually be in God’s presence.  Moses was in God’s presence and the mere reflection on his face from the encounter terrified the people of Israel.

Here are the songs from Neighborhood Church’s Celebration worship venue:

  • I Will Boast (Paul Baloche)
  • How Awesome is the Lord (Chris Tomlin)
  • Indescribable  (Chris Tomlin)
  • A Greater Song (Baloche/Redman)
  • I Will Not Be Shaken (Tony Guerro)

Did you get a glimpse of God’s transcendence this past weekend?

  1. Some great songs!
We did Kingdom Come- Hillsong United, King of Majesty, Hillsong United, and We are Hungry – Tomlin. Definently saw God move as well! Saw Him work through some musicians as well!
