I am embarking on the next phase of my life and health goals. After losing 50 or so pounds from dieting and maintaining that for 8 months, I need to get in shape.
This week I finally got my running shoes out and hiking boots on. Here is the score for the week:
- Monday-hike 2 miles
- Wednesday-run 1.25 miles
- Saturday-run 2.5 miles
