Staci Frenes and NEW Christmas CD

1074938480_lI have known and been a fan of Staci Frenes for a while now (I cannot divulge for how long, otherwise I would be in breach and reveal trade secrets in the process).  She is fantastic and has only improved as an artist, vocalist and songwriter over the years.

Staci came and shared her music and Christmas arrangements (from her new CD) at Neighborhood Church of Redding last weekend.  Of course, as a fan, I loved it, but I have to tell you I had church members practically maul me with glee in having her invited back to sing.  Her impression 3-years ago was certainly strong enough to have people stop me in a restaurant to thank me for bringing her back.  (Thanks, Staci, for making me look good).

Anyway, she has a refreshing sound, humble spirit and I give her my highest recommendation as far as having her sing at your church, event, coffee house or whatever.  She is both professional as an artist yet very ministry minded and supported my needs with precision.

Picture_3_1 You can hear her current stuff on her myspace here and at www.stacifrenes.com. I really like this new CD.  Her sound is approachable, singable and one I would leave in my iPod Christmas mix for sure.  So, I also recommend this recording.

  1. We’re looking forward to Staci coming to Hill Country in January (even if her website thinks we’re in Houston.) The story about Bill and Bob was great. That was clever. It sounds like you have a really fun and special church there.
    Merry Christmas,
Paul (and Amy and Katelyn, too)
