MySpace.com: Community, Online Music and Now a Record Label

MySpace.com is the fourth-largest website on the planet–especially among teens and the younger set. I have made friends with some college students and so I had to get my own myspace account going. With kids and young adults, this is a new way to communicate. I have met people from all over the country–“virtually” met, that is. What is exciting and what makes me wish I was a young lad again is that a young musician can get an audience for his/her music. And, the site is free. Even though I am not a young lad, in my line of work I have to keep track of what people think whether teens or octogenarians. Check out my budding site with a couple of “indie” recordings I have made over the past years. Here is the link to my site: www.myspace.com/richkirkpatrick.

Who knows, maybe one day I will be on the myspace label? Or, produce someone who will be?
