Worship Recap & Set List: May 2, 2010 #sundaysetlists

Recap: This was the final Sunday of our “Plan B” sermon series. Britt talked about how to help others with their plan b. It reminded me of a saying a good friend would repeat at the right time in my life: “With God, nothing is wasted.” No pain, hurt or mistake will not be useful in God’s plan.

Set List: We enjoyed an “unplugged” deal last week, but this week made up for it with two electric guitars! The idea of God’s kingdom being here on earth was our worship music theme. Here are the songs with the recording artist listed.

  • Today Is The Day – Lincoln Brewster
  • Not To Us – Chris Tomlin
  • As It Is In Heaven – Matt Maher
  • Audience of One – Big Daddy Weave
  • Our God Saves – Paul Baloche

How was your worship weekend?

  1. Both services the band was super tight. Downside our mix was terrible. (we don’t have any true sound people, mostly slider babysitters). We are still struggling with our overall sound since we opened up our ceiling and hung our speakers.
    Set List for us Sunday:

Holding nothing Back – Tim Hughes
    Hosanna – Starfield Version
Let Your Mercy Rain – Tomlin
    Only You – Crowder
    King Of Glory – Tomlin
    Surrender – Lincoln Brewster

      1. We do “Filled with Your Glory” and we have done “Reign in me”

  5. Services went really well. The only comment I got was that the guitar solos were not brought up in the house. I was able to sing harmony on “Follow You”. It was a nice break.
    Count Me In – Leeland
    Follow You – Leeland
    Open Me – Shawn McDonald
Stillness(Speak to Me) – Aaron Shust

I’m a big fan of Starfield, so I do quite a few of their songs.
Hosanna, Son of God, Unashamed, Great in all the Earth, Revolution
