Worship VIDEO, Recap & Set List: July 5, 2009 #sundaysets, #sundaysetlists

Recap: It was nice to be back in the saddle after a weekend off the previous Sunday. I love this team! We had to deal with rehearsal being canceled due to a brush fire near our building that caused us to be evacuated and the holiday weekend. The powerhouse nature of our music team, video, lighting and audio people allowed our services to come off relatively smoothly given our challenges. We even had to strike the stage and it was done within 25 minutes! Did I say I love this team already?

Our set included a response songs to Britt’s message “May the Words of My Mouth” which was a good change. I “officiated” the communion time and did better the second service. Don’t we all do better second service?

Set List:

  • All To You – Lincoln Brewster
  • Because of Your Love – Paul Baloche
  • Beautiful the Blood – Steve Fee
  • Came to My Rescue – United Hillsongs
  • May the Words of My Mouth – Tim Hughes

  1. You guys are amazing.I don’t know how you do multiple services.
I did it once as a guest worship leader (Saturday + 3 on Sunday), by the 2nd service we were sleeping in the green room… crazy.

    1. I have done 4-5 and it is crazy! So, 2 seems like cake to me. 🙂

  5. Love those songs! It really is amazing to have dedicated and talented people around you in ministry. I feel the same way about my team.I look forward to getting back to 2 services in September, although I love the fact we are busting at the seams this summer.

  9. Who does your post mix, or is it a direct feed? It sounds VERY good. Solid rhythm section and vocals. You guys using a click/met to play in your IEM?

    1. We have this as a direct live feed to the video recording–no post mix. Our volunteers, led by @jbsoundguy Jeremy who is our volunteer audio lead are awesome! And, our video volunteers–many who cannot vote or even drive yet–amaze me as well.
