Worship Recap & Set List: May 17, 2009 #sundaysetlists

Recap: This past Sunday Steve Walker was our guest speaker from OR. He delivered a message about trials and how God speaks through them. Our first service seemed much more into it than the second service with one exception. Our guest drummer, Tyler Doezie of Lambs Fellowship, broke through the kick drum head! That is not easy to do folks! All in all I think we had an impacting time of worship and teaching.

Set List: This week, we focused on God being there for us in trials to buttress the message theme.

  • Majestic – Lincoln Brewster
  • Glorious One – Steve Fee
  • A Thousand Hallelujahs – Mark Roach
  • You Never Let Go – Matt Redman
  • All We Need – Charlie Hall

  1. We had 9 baptisms this past Sunday…4 or 5 more coming up too!
It must have been kick thru the bass drum head day. Ours was actually broke before the service started. we had to do a pretty serious tape job on it and play light. Just replaced it today. We were only acoustic this Past Sunday which sometimes lacks a bit of zeal, but there was good energy.

    * Venture Band is off to the local mountains this memorial day weekend to lead worship for a family camp 🙂

    Set List:

For Who You are – Hill Song
Holy Is The Lord – Matt Redman
This Is Our God – Chris Tomlin
Open The Eyes Of My Heart – Paul Baloche
As It Is In Heaven – Matt Maher
