Self Humiliation Part 3: vacation all week, no weight loss…

As you might have read on my blog, I have been on vacation.  While I did not lose any weight, the miracle is that I did well enough to hold even after losing a few pounds last week.  This next week is a challenge in that I am going to a conference and when I hang our with people the food and stuff just gets too tempting.   1. those are hard situations. get water instead of soda/beer. go to restaurants that have good salads, not crappy little ones that don’t taste good.

    BTW–water is too boring on vacation, and I am not a soda guy. At least I reached my goal of maintaining my current loss and not going the wrong way. 😉
